CASA OC Feature: Padideh Jafari

Congratulations to Padideh Jafari on Her CASA OC Feature!

Jafari Law & Mediation Office is proud to congratulate our founder, Padideh Jafari, on being featured by Court Appointed Special Advocates of Orange County in its recent article, “A Voice for the Voiceless: Padideh Jafari’s Journey to CASA OC.”

The article follows Padideh’s path from a childhood ambition to practice law through her career as a family law attorney, mediator, temporary judge, and advocate for children and families. It also explores the experiences that led her to become involved with CASA OC and ultimately join its Board of Directors.

Advocating for children has been a consistent part of Padideh’s legal career. During her internship with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, she worked in the Child Abuse and Rape Division at Stuart House. That experience showed her the importance of speaking for children who may not be able to speak for themselves.

After law school, Padideh founded Jafari Law & Mediation Office, where she has continued to place children’s well-being at the center of difficult divorce and child custody matters. Her work with CASA OC extends that commitment beyond the law firm and into the lives of children involved in Orange County’s foster care and youth justice systems.

Padideh currently serves on CASA OC’s Board of Directors and Development Committee, helping introduce individuals, businesses, and community organizations to the agency’s work. She has also taken the next step of training to serve as a Court Appointed Special Advocate herself, with the goal of working directly with a child in the Youth Justice System.

CASA volunteers provide consistent support, mentorship, and advocacy for children who have experienced abuse, neglect, or abandonment. They help ensure that each child’s needs, circumstances, and best interests are heard by the court and the people responsible for their care.

We congratulate Padideh on this well-deserved recognition and are proud of her continued commitment to children, families, and the wider community.

We encourage you to read the complete CASA OC article and learn more about Padideh’s journey, her work with the organization, and the many ways community members can support CASA youth.
