About River
Meet River Justice. River isn’t just any dog—he’s a survivor, a cuddle expert, and the newest (and furriest) member of the Jafari Law and Mediation Office. Rescued from the LA Wildfires by Toni at A Wish For Animals, River found his way from danger to comfort, bringing warmth to everyone he meets.
Before joining Attorney Jafari, River spent time with a loving foster and was discovered on Instagram—proving that sometimes, the best legal assistants are found in the most unexpected places. He is currently training to become the first-ever legal support dog, offering much-needed emotional comfort to clients navigating the challenges of divorce.
When he’s not busy supporting clients, River enjoys napping, playing with sticks twice his size, and enjoying a nice cup of Starbucks. He also plans to volunteer at Children’s Hospital LA to provide love and support for young children battling health issues. He may have started his journey as a wildfire rescue, but now, he’s bringing calm to the storm for those who need it most.
